一人のスタッフの対応の悪さで非常に残念なホテルになりました。

ホテルは清潔で食事も良いです。しかしホテルの外で車を誘導するスタッフの奈良さん(スキンヘッド)の対応は高圧的、且つ、威圧的で最悪でした。ホテルの近くにスーパーマーケットがあるか聞いたのですが、知床に初めて来た客に対して、「そこにT字路があるじゃないですか」といきなり言われても、通って来ていないし知床は初めて来たし分からない旨を伝えると突然に大声で怒鳴りつけるようにイライラしながら早口でまくし立てられました。そんな言い方はしないでくれという趣旨のことを言いましたが、それに対してお詫びもせず、最後まで高圧的で、威張り散らされました。部屋も食事も素晴らしかったのですが、一人のスタッフの対応の悪さで非常に残念なホテルになりました。

Just for 1 night!

Stayed there on 1st of July during our 8days in Hokkaido, got a tatami room for 4 adults with buffet breakfast & dinner,room was clean and nice but very hot as it's located at a corner of 1 of the tower where the morning & afternoon sun shines brightly throughout. Very crowded hotel with lots of local tourist, front desk speak good English.

The buffet breakfast and especially the dinner were fantastic! A very wide choice of delicious food, including a lot of Hokkaido specialities. Highly recommended.

ネット接続が出来ません。

予約時に「ボトルウオーター（無料）」と書かれていたのですが、フロントで確認したところ、「そんなサービスはやっていないし、やったこともない」とのことでした。hotels.com専用アプリから予約確認画面をフロントの方に見せて確認してもらったところ、「予約係に伝えておく。情報ありがとうございました」とのことで謝罪もありませんでした。 北館の和室に宿泊しましたが、部屋にはかび臭いような異臭があり、ちょっと気になりました。慣れれば気にならなくなります。 ロビーにパソコンが１台あるものの、部屋には有線のインバーネット接続もWifiもありません。 このエリアにしては安価なホテルと思いますので、値段の点からはおすすめです。 このあたりにしては安価なホテルと思います。

知床観光に便利なホテル

夕食のバイキングは改善の余地があると思いましたが、朝食のいくら食べ放題は感動しました。お部屋は広く、お風呂も良かった。

条件非常恶劣的酒店！

设施老旧，各种故障。大堂弥漫着烟味，房间警报系统经常出故障，在我住的6天之内，莫名其妙的紧急广播了三次，两次在早上9点，一次在晚上11点，声音大的吓人，而且只有日语，根本听不懂，下楼问前台，说是某楼有错误的火警，广播是解释的......真是崩溃！早餐8点半就结束，搞得人很紧张，根本无法好好放松休息。温泉早上9点结束，也是要抢着去泡。卫生间很陈旧，不干净，热水龙头坏的，会突然大量涌出很烫的热水，很危险。但酒店方面居然只是很坦然的贴个小心热水的牌子！真是太不负责任了！我来过7次日本，其中3次北海道，这家酒店是我住过的最差的酒店！

社員旅行や修学旅行に適してるのかな？

広い敷地で、良くも悪くも「バブルの頃は賑やかだったんだろうな」と思う建物。 設備もかなり古いです。 スタッフさんは車寄せから部屋までの案内、カウンター対応などとても親切でしたが、ほとんどの方が初心者マークをつけていました。 夕日が見えるポイントがあり、そこはすばらしかったです。 朝食バイキングのついたプランにしましたが、前日まで美味しいお店を食べ歩いていたのもあり、ちょっと残念な味でした。

露天風呂から眺め　（海、星空）が素晴らしかった。また、朝食も地元産のもの中心に、とても美味しかった。
