Check in was easy. Didn’t need reception for anything else. We had room 401, lift up to 3rd floor then two flights of stairs but manageable. Room was small but enough room for two people, bathroom was really big with decent shower. Nice comfy double bed. Added bonus was a small veranda over looking gardens below. Great location, Spanish steps and Trevi fountain within a 10 minute walk. Overall a great place to stay at a great price.

I had a great experience staying at this hotel in Rome. The room was comfortable and clean, and everything was well organized. I arrived late at night after the reception had already closed and hadn’t completed my check-in payment yet, but the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. They answered me on WhatsApp right away and made sure I wasn’t left outside, which I truly appreciate. I was able to rest well and complete the payment the next day without any issues. The staff was always attentive and polite, and this made my stay even better. I would definitely recommend this place and stay here again!!
