Clean room. Conveniently located. Friendly staff. Outdated electrical in room, everything plugged into extension cords or not mounted in wall properly. Ice machine locked up every time we tried to use it.

Well, where do I start? First I tried to upgrade my room because I had another person joining for the trip. I called about 2 and a half weeks before my tay to make the changes. I was told the change was made, they even told me how much was added to the price of my reservation. I asked if I was going to get a confirmation or anything and the gentleman said no, but I definitely made the change. Well we got there to check in and the front desk attendant, said that the reservation wasn't updated and that they were full so I was stuck in the original room.... 3 grown adults on 1 queen bed..... They did have a rollaway bed he brought over, at no charge he said. Thankfully he didn't charge for it. I wouldn't buy that thing for $10. It was extremely old and beat up. Squeaky and not even resembling anything of any comfort. When we settled into the room, noticed there was trash under the bed from a previous guest. Makes me wonder what else didn't get cleaned. There was also a woman hair claw clip under there too. We went out for the evening and enjoyed the springs. We got back to a completely full lot with no parking so we had to park behind the property in the RV park. Upon our return to the room, we wanted to shower. When we turned the water on, there was no hot water. Luckily it got almost Luke warm so we were able to survive a quick rinse. The location of this place is probably the only good thing about it. Heater was great, tub drained slowly, but reported to property who were eager to repair. Wifi was far away and low signal and not effective for my switch console or phone. Staff was very friendly and the proximity to the hotsprings was unbeatable. Overall great stay for a quick one-night trip!

Rooms are old.... walls have patches everywhere. TV was old and the satellite reception kept going out. If you want ice you have to hope the desk clerk is there to unlock the bin that has bagged ice. Light bulb was out on the nightstand light.... the doors don't have a deadbolt or Secondary locking Device. The only plus is that it's right by the springs within walking distance.

Close to everything - But gross

The staff at the office was OK. But the room was terrible. It is so old and run down. The chairs had no cushion and were so stained that I would never sit on them. The bed is old and hard. Room smelled of pee. Shower was awful. Just a very old, gross room.

Bugs, actually killed one in the bed when I pulled the comforter down, urine on the toilet seat, went to get coffee the next morning in the “lobby”, door was locked, had to walk down the street and buy it. I’ve stayed in much nicer hotels for a lot less money. For what they charge the rooms should be updated and a whole lot nicer.

This property is right across from the hot pools in Lava, so location is prime. We had a huge leak in our room when we showered, enough that the carpet got sloshy. There were box elder bugs everywhere. There is no place to plug in USB cords for charging phones, watches, etc. The office doesn't open until 8:00 am so there was no coffee for the first couple of hours when we woke up. The air conditioner didn't work, it would kick on for a few seconds and then go off so it got very humid and hot in there.

It’s an older property, so what we expected . The room was clean & cozy. Great walking path behind the property to walk your dog. Hot pools are right across the street. It would be nice if there was coffee in the room. I did see a coffee pot in the lobby, but we were on the road before the lobby opened; the diesel truck out front needed to warm up from 5:30am-6am, so we were awake!!
