Best hotel stay I’ve had.

Our stay was fantastic. The rooms were very comfortable with a lovely hot shower. Breakfast had a good choice on offer which changed a little each day. The hotel is situated right next to the tram and bus stop so it’s really easy to travel around. If you get a Welcome Berlin Pass online, it’s super easy. Berlin is a fantastic city to visit.

An excellent hotel, amazing breakfast each day. Very clean and modern with an excellent location. My only complaint was the mattress was so so hard. It was the same in another adjoining room. The mattress is likely to be a personal thing, but was very uncomfortable for me and this was a poor night sleep. Ither than this I would stay again.

Located close to Alexanderplatz U & S bhan, the Hampton by Hilton offers a well connected place to stay. From the outside it fits in with the other concrete blocks (although a new build rather than Soviet era adaptation) but rooms are excellent sound proofed and comfortable. Breakfast was a superb unlimited continental choice.

Disappointment after a five-stay stay

This was our second stay after one year. Our first visit had been a true five-star experience, which is why we decided to return. Unfortunately, this second stay was a disappointment. The room was only “so-called” clean — housekeeping came just once in five days, and we even found garbage left under the bed from previous guests. As feedback, I would strongly suggest reviewing or changing the third-party cleaning service contract, as this seriously affects the overall guest experience.

Good location, functional room, new and clean. Gym has dumbells up to 30kg or so, Peloton bike, couple of dreadmills, pullup bar and cable-cross over, and just enough room for hotel gym. Breakfast was a quality one.
