Television DOD NOT WORK-could not get a single channel. No one available to help resolve the situation the entire stay. We asked about if another room being available, was told "No". Said they were full. HMMMMM!!!
Breakfast average to good, beds comfortable. Ate breakfast about 8:30, went back to room at that time.
Another disappointing thing is we had a funeral next morning, and before we could even get our bags packed and out of the room- about 9:15-9:20, our key cards to the room had already been inactivated. Had to block door open, so I could pull out belongings. Make it a bit frustrating. Seems like they wanted everyone out of there before the 11:00 AM check out time. We didn't need to leave until about10AM, and left feeling like this deserved better service. Comments were left on a "How was your stay?" card, and expected some sort of response. None so far. Seems like some partial adjustment on room rate would be considered.
Staff seemed to be short of help our entire stay. Having worked in hotel business for 25 years between wife and I, I expect better.
