Appart HĂŽtel de qualitĂ© moyenne, mais en rapport avec le faible prix de la nuit. Le systĂšme de clĂ© Ă©tait en panne, donc Ă  chaque fois que l'on voulait entrer dans notre chambre, le rĂ©ceptionniste devait monter avec nous pour nous ouvrir la porte ! De plus Ă  notre arrivĂ©e, nous avons vu que l'Ă©tablissement disposait d'un parking souterrain, Ă  la rĂ©ception, on nous a expliquĂ© comment accĂ©der Ă  ce parking, mais on ne nous a pas demandĂ© de le rĂ©gler. Par consĂ©quent lorsque nous sommes revenus Ă  l'hĂŽtel en plein milieu de la nuit, le rĂ©ceptionniste Ă  hĂ©siter Ă  nous ouvrir, heureusement il a bien voulu faire une exception pour nous, mais nous n'avons eu aucun reçu de sa part pour 10€ payĂ© en espĂšces. Par contre, le petit dĂ©jeuner nous a Ă©tĂ© offert pour compenser le problĂšme d'accĂšs Ă  la chambre.

Terrible place to stay.

The area where the hotel is, is absolutely terrible and it doesn’t feel safe at all. My teenage daughter woke up to go to the bathroom at night and she suddenly shouted. I woke up and asked what happened, she sent me to have a look and I found cockroaches on the wall by the mirror. It was disgusting. On another occasion, the alarm went off so I made my way down via the stairs from the 6th floor on my to find no one at reception. I just found the whole place unprofessional and unsafe. To support what I am saying, I wrote to the management of the hotel upon my return to London and of course as yet no answer over three months.

Be careful when you go

We travelled for the RWC and check in time was 1500. We turned up and the rooms weren't ready and the receptionist had to personally go and check each room individually. It took nearly 30 mins to check in and there were c.20 people waiting behind us. They were simply not ready for a large number of people turning up. Rooms were basic but clean and there was little noise outside of the hotel and with a metro station outside location was good

We stayed here to splurge on activities and food, but it was simply not worth it. We almost canceled and booked another hotel on night 1 but it was non refundable. Very hot — very hot. No AC or it doesn’t work. Very dirty. I didn’t allow myself to walk barefoot around. Stains on the bed frame. Mold in the shower. It’s far from everything. Overall bad experience

J’ai effectuĂ© 2 nuit sur 4 jours passer Ă  Marseille. ObligĂ© de changer d’hĂŽtel car Ă  ma bonne surprise nos amies les cafard se sont invitĂ© dans notre chambre. Personnel trĂšs gentils qui nous a fait le nĂ©cessaire pour nous changer de chambre, et nous rembourser les 2 nuits non effectuĂ©. Je ne recommande pas. A quand allez vous faire quelques chose contre ceci ? En lisant les avis juste aprĂšs j’ai vite compris que le problĂšme ne date pas d’aujourd’hui.
