The amount that the hotel charged me was very different (by >$300) from that specified in the reservation email I received from hotel.com. When I raised the issue with the hotel, they asked me to take it to hotel.com, which doesn't even offer an easy-to-access phone number on their website. Very disappointed.

The first stay was fine, but the second one was very disappointing. There were no towels in the room, and it wasn't well set up. When we tried to use the hair dryer after showering, it exploded with sparks, and the power went out. We went to the reception for assistance; they helped restore the lights but didn’t have a spare hair dryer to lend us. We ended up going to bed with wet hair.

Considering the price I expected a higher standard. It was ok, but I'm not coming back to this hotel for several reasons: 1. Cleanliness: The headboard of the bed had some greasy stuff on it and the room was covered in dust; including quite a lot of big dust bunnies on the floor (which sucked as one of us was allergic to dust). 2. Sleeping arrangement: We had asked for separate beds, but came to a double bed instead. 3. Noise: It is not very quiet. You can hear the neighbours in every direction and the people in the hall quite well so if you're a light sleeper this is not the hotel for you. 4. Hot water: I barely had time to wash my hair before the water became lukewarm and gradually colder (which was less than 3 minutes). The only positive things about this place was that checking in/out was easy (minimum interaction), the security was good (you needed a room keycard to access anything, and the bed was comfy despite the slight feeling of ick from the headboard.
