Yo reservé una habitación de 2 camas y cuando llegué me dieron de una matrimonial donde , obviamente,no cabíamos 2 hombres adultos. Me dijeron que ya no tenían de 2 camas en esa categoría y me querían cobrar la superior. Sólo reaccionaron cuando yo ya me marchaba del hotel. Revisen las reservas y, si no tienen lo reservado, pueden contactar al cliente, avisar y devolver el importe pagado o anticiparse con una solución sin llegar a que se enoje a las 7 de la tarde
