Everything was wonderful throughout our stay. Special mention of the very friendly service, especially at the Level 1 concierge. The room was maintained very well. And offered a very nice view of Neihu district. One of the best hotels we have ever stayed.

The Courtyard is overall an excellent choice to stay at except for 1 specific issue - the bathtubs. They are too tall and are a hazard. There are multiple stickers warning you as well as anti-slip mats, but I don't think that solves the issue. Everyone in my group (who also stayed here) had the same concern. The staff is excellent, the rooms are clean, the location is convenient, and the views are excellent. The only thing preventing a 5-star review is the dangerous tubs.

I highly recommend staying at this hotel! This was my first time in Taipei and this location was just perfect-restaurants, shopping, and transportation was also convenient. The staff was amazing and my room was just stunning with the view and just how everything was so clean.. when I come back to Taipei I’m definitely staying at this hotel again.
