Fantastic hotel! We stayed in one of the apartment rooms with sofa bed, it had everything we could want- plates, cutlery, glasses, coffee machine, fridge freezer with ice! The two things we’d change are the hand wash by the sink was actually body wash, and as a result had exfoliating grains in it- definitely not hand wash (!) and the pillows were ridiculously soft with no form to them, which did impact our sleep quality a little. Hotel bar is closed on a Sunday/Monday which are the days we stayed so cannot comment on that. Lovely hotel though, I’d recommend it to anyone staying in Berlin- so central!

Digital Check-in is great, getting the room key on your phone is the way forward. But if you do that you have to endure that your system doesn’t kill itself and recognises when you pay city taxes. For that human intervention was required.
