2/10 Poor

Very disappointing experience from start to finish. Upon arrival, the person at the front desk was not aware of our reservation. We had to spend more than 15 minutes proving that we had indeed booked a room at this hotel. Once we finally accessed the room, several issues became apparent. There were no towels available, and when we asked for assistance, the staff was unable to help, forcing us to find towels ourselves. The overall cleanliness of the room was poor, with cockroaches present, which is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, there was no soap provided in the shower. This stay was far below acceptable standards in terms of service, organization, and hygiene.

Mogwase Bed & Breakfast is a great guesthouse

The stay was AMAZING. Super clean guesthouse with stunning interior and friendly staff who ensures that guests are safe and provides excellent quality service. The Amenities are also great. The location of the guesthouse is great as it is not too far from Sun City. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend it. This guesthouse deserves 5 stars

I was impressed with the rooms however , we were a family so clearly utensils should have been four off, as well as the tea and coffee. Otherwise it was good, perhaps consider the next time for family booking.
