I have stayed with Residence Inn for over 10 years but this is the first time I was so disappointed with the overall experience. The hotel is under construction, and this is not mentioned on the website or itinerary. Lots of dust in the lobby. Lack of staff and service. We found a medicine cup on the floor when we entered the room. During the four nights staying, there was only one time of the room cleaning. The staff only cleaned half of the room, but didn’t clean the kitchen(not even give new kitchen towels or washer detergent). I requested the housekeeper to clean the room but no came. The towels had lots of hair. The breakfast was horrible. If all of those negatives came from the construction, I would be so disappointed to Residence-Inn of Marriot’s service, management, prestige.
The amenities were fine. The furnitures were new.
