Great position in Chelsea, room was a good size and the staff were lovely. However, the room only seemed to have hot water - shower was scalding and the aircon went from freezing to hot - seemed to have a mind of its own. That said for the price and position I’d recommend.

I booked a city view king room and got an accessible room looking at the back of buildings ! The front desk lady tried to come up with a ridiculous explanation and offered zero apology nor help I’ve been traveling all over the world and have spent 20 years staying in hotels in nyc - have never had this experience
