We stayed for two weeks. Upon arrival, the air conditioner wasn’t working well and a maintenance person came up and measured the air temperature, but did not fix it. You have to swipe a card on the elevator every time you go up, very inconvenient. We kept getting thrown out of Wi-Fi, very frustrating. The trash situation was unacceptable, no one in housekeeping could speak English and they would point to the trashcan just outside of the elevator for us to put trash in. After we left, our credit card was charged for parking, and when I called the hotel, the manager was so incredibly rude. I called Hilton customer service and had to speak with two different people and they finally told me they would refund the parking fee. The breakfast was good, the room was clean, but we will never stay at a Hilton again.
