Checking in was uncomfortable, no real customer service skills were used on us.
Our room was clean however incredibly dusty. The vent above the bed covered in dust the wall acroos from it, the lamp shades, the drapes by the bed.
HILTON, THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU DONT CLEAN ROOMS EXCEPT WHEN REQUESTED! Stating you only respond to housekeeping requests unless you stay 5 nights is absurd. Hilton, a brand with billions of dollars is now cutting corners with cleaning and simply not making jobs available for communities in which you make money…shame on Hilton for this ridiculous change in CLEANING.
