Nice view, but neighbors were loud late at night

The beach view was nice. A couple of the neighbors were very loud late at night, maybe drunk. I didn't want to yell at them and escalate the situation, just sometimes people can be ignorant.

Excellent location and view of the beach. Staff really took care of the place. Nice heated pool and chairs by the beach side. A little far away from restaurants, like not within walking but very quiet. Balconies were all connected with neighbors just separated by railing.

Pärla i OOB

Supergulligt ställe med en underbar utsikt från den stora balkongen. Vi bodde här vår första natt i USA, så jetlaggen gjorde att vi också fick njuta av soluppgången på stranden. Bodde bara här under en natt så utnyttjade inget mer än säng (helt ok) och dusch (lite dåligt tryck) men skulle utan tvekan komma tillbaka igen. Säkert ännu mer fantastiskt under sommaren.

Great Stay

Room was clean, right by the pool and just a few steps from the beach. Check in was easy and the 2 gentlemen at the desk were friendly and hilarious 😂 Prices were reasonable. Definitely will go back!

On the dingy side

Properties always take a beating near the water especially if they have carpet. I hate carpet generally but this felt especially dirty and worn. The layout was cute, just a bit run down and not the best choice for the activities we had planned (e.g. Victoria Mansion).

Nice place to stay at Old Orchard Beach

Friendship was a great location with a fantastic view of the ocean. It was tiny but clean & had everything you need. There are a lot of rules but it helps keep the property nice. Even free laundry though the washers were moody even though they were new. We enjoyed our time there.

Would stay again

Not the greatest but it’s kinda perfect. The room is the size of a postage stamp and good luck on the size of the toilet. BUT it’s clean the bed and the couch were comfy. Service was great and can’t complain. Right on the beach very convient would stay again

Wonderful place to stay!

The hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming. The accomodations were as expected, while an older hotel, we had a lovely view of the ocean, and the room was very clean and had everything we needed for our short stay. Would definitely recommend this place

Location, location, location

Great location, right on the ocean and a short walk to the Pier for lots of food and fun. The kids also loved the pool.
