No air conditioning, no wifi, unsafe environment. Linen and towels are very old and smelly. The building is old and broken. The staffs are all very unprofessional and poor English. Only good thing about the place is walking distance to tram and queen Victoria market.

Toilets unclean, nil appropriate disposal options for sanitary products, dodgy doors to rooms and loud guests at all hours. Ok for one night, but wouldn’t recommend for anything longer! Reception staff were all pleasant!

We were allowed to check-in 4 hours early. Really great! The hotel is definitely not as bad as some of the reviews are stating. However there's still room for improvements :) The male toilets were disgusting and ran out of toilet paper during the night. The rooms were really worn down

Showers were amazing. Toilet not so. And Residents that Rent out the Dorms on a weekly Basis are Extremly messy and Noisy. They smoke at the Front Door, and it drifts up Hostel Building and comes through the Windows.

Despite the best efforts of the staff, this place was completely compromised by the clientele. Recently renovated bathrooms were left in an appalling state by those using and I saw faeces in places I have never seen it before in my life. It's a shame because the hostel is well located and the staff were friendly and helpful.

If price is your only concern then by all means stay. Expect no amenity. No towels, no toilet paper, loud music being played late at night and noisy guests moving around constantly. At least they could install some sharps bins so loose needles weren’t put in random places

Please do not stay here. This place should be condemned, it is absolutely disgusting and I can’t even begin to describe the smell. I walked in and walked back out again. I’ve since spoken to people who have had items stolen and the management are aware and just let it happen. Please pay that little bit more and go somewhere else
