There is no inside hotel parking, you have to park your car in the street. One area of the hotel i stay was still under construction. Making noise on Saturday morning.

I loved the soft sheets and the big pillows in my second room. I had issues with the first room and the staff took action right away and moved me to a different room. It was nice to hear the ocean during the night. The showers are very generous in size and clean and have hot water. All of the staff are very welcoming and helpful. I will definitely be there again.

Sin energía eléctrica por más de 6 horas el lunes 29 de julio. A los otros dos días la misma situación. La recepcionista se negó al reembolso, reubicación o compensación. Nada cómoda la habitación, colchones y almohadas plastificadas. El A/C no funcionaba al 100%. Ventilador ruidoso. Agua del baño salada (no tratada). Señal del internet débil e insuficiente. Canales de t.v. inexistentes. La camarista impertinente llamando a las 9 am para limpiar y hablando por radio enfrente de la habitación para molestar al cliente y apurarle a salir del cuarto.

Publicidad engañosa, las habitaciones están muy reducidas; las fotos y video de la publicidad del hotel y página oficial, indican que cuenta con alberca y a pie de playa, lo cual no es correcto, está a una cuadra de la playa y no tiene alberca !!

Estuve en la habitación 208 que da a la calle de atrás. Los vecinos de al lado del hotel tienen un perro en la azotea que en la madrugada estuvo ladrando demasiado. Sería bueno el hotel gestionar esa parte dado que esa combinación no tiene sentido. Cuarto para descanso vs Perro en azotea a un lado Ofrecen café de cortesía pero estaba frío y no tenían modo de calentar. Por lo demás bien por este hotel remodelado

Excelente hotel calidad/precio

excelente hotel calidad-precio. Buena limpieza, el personal amable, el desayuno suficiente, aunque obvio, los que vamos a estar varios días, nos gustaría mas variedad, pero esta sabrosa. La alberca me gusto, esta muy limpia y buenas medidas. Como sugerencia, seria conveniente que marcaran en lugar visible la profundidad. y también sugeriría que en una de las regaderas junto a la playa, le pusieran un adaptador/desviador de agua (se coloca junto a la "cebolla" de la regadera, con una manguera de 2 mts (no gastarían ni $300). para lavarse rápidamente los pies, y sandalias, y no desperdiciar tanta agua, porque se desperdicia mucho la que sale dispersa de la regadera. Recomiendo ampliamente el hotel por su calidad / precio esta súper. Ademas hay muchos comercios alrededor para desayunar, comer o cenar
