Great view from balcony… we stay here 2 or 3 times a year…room was fine and well stocked… dirty wash rags were left from previous tenants… Marijuana smoke was overwhelming at times … but overall great stay as always😎😎

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Avoid this property at all costs. I confirmed early check-in ahead of time, only to be given the runaround with changing times and no clear answers upon arrival. The staff was unprofessional, dismissive, and showed little regard for basic customer service. The experience was frustrating enough that I chose not to stay at all. Clearly, this place values money over guests, and it shows. Easily one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had.

#509 Must Be one of the bad ones 😥

Budget Friendly with Pros and Cons. The Pros: Its a good location. The balconies are beautiful and the staff was very friendly and helpful. It was clean. The Cons: The drawers were falling apart and not functional in our dresser. Some of the outlets were loose and seemed dangerous. The counter in the kitchen had a huge gap and seemed carelessly installed. For these things to be corrected, it would probably cost very little for the hotel yet this room has been neglected. Neither mattress was in very good shape and not comfortable. I managed to sleep on it two nights before my back started hurting. We've stayed here on and off for 15 years. Never had a room in this condition here. Perhaps this one just slipped through the cracks. (Very much like the light switch in the bathroom that had a huge hole in the wall around the edges.) I will probably stay here again considering it has two AC units and both worked flawlessly.

The location was close to the places I wanted to visit. The view from the balcony was beautiful. Access to the beach was easy, The pool was clean. This location also had grills. We decided come a day earlier and stayed in two different rooms, first room had a huge hole in the wall next to balcony door, the door you had to slam shut. 2nd room (we stayed the remaining week) kitchen sink had a Continuous drip, The Toliet you had to wait for it to feel up with water then giggle the handle for it to stop. The appliances could be either painted or replaced for the appearance. But did work. If i was to change the lay out I would rather have the beds next to balcony door cause you hear everything in the breeze way Especially being located next to the elevators where we were. (Which only one elevator was working) I definitely would recommend blackout curtains.I had to hang my dresses in the window. To block out the light. This location had a big ice machine down stairs where you can purchase a 14lb bag of ice for $5. 👍 Had plenty of parking

Would not recommend

One elevator was broken and the other one was very slow. Also my husband got stuck on the elevator. We couldn’t cook on the stove because the eyes were not right for the stove.

Bed was comfortable. Room was big and roomy. Loved the view of the beach and gulf from the balcony in our room. Rates were very reasonable. We got there early and they let us check in early which was great! Hotel staff was nice.

Stained sheets, disgustingly dirty shower and toilet, common areas of the hotel littered with trash everywhere, elevators practically falling apart. I had to cancel my stay the same day. This hotel definitely needs some attention.

Awesome room for family of 4!

The room was big and clean , had an awesome view! Room service always asked did we need anything! Only complaint is the elevators . Slow and very sketchy .. but I would stay again.

Dirty and will not be returning

The majority of the staff was friendly, and they were kind enough to install a hand held shower head that I purchased, due to no handicap room being available and my 83 year old grandmother needing the assistance. The Floors were filthy, if you walk across the floor without shoes and I mean to the bathroom and back to the bed, your feet would be black. I asked for them to be cleaned and was ignored, finally I caught housekeeping and they gave me a broom and dustpan. I swept the floors and purchased my own mop that was used 3 times and it was still filthy. The room was full of roaches, they were out of wash cloths the first 3 days I was there so I had to buy those as well, there was 1 curtain over the balcony window and it didn’t even cover half, one curtain by my bed that was by the walkway outside, when I asked about that I was brushed off twice. The 2nd to last night we were there the wind started whipping under the door with a terrible sound and the maintenance guys fix was to push a full size towel under the door and made it hard to open and close. The swimming pool constantly had hairballs and some kind of white foam and a film floating randomly in the water. The only nice this is the view and beach access. And the in room coffee is a 2 cup coffee pot so I hope you’re not thirsty.

Great location!! The hotel needs some love

I have to give credit where credit is do. The staff were very friendly. We arrived at 1pm and filled out some paperwork. The lady at the desk told me that someone would call me when my room was ready. So we spent time with family. Around 5 i called to see if the room was ready because noone called. The front desk person said that all the rooms are ready. We revived my keys and went to the room. We find a spatula in a red container in the bathroom. It smelled like they just replased 3 tiles. Called the desk and someone came and picked it up. The hotel is dated and in need of repais. I this point I noticed thay it was not the room we ordered. We requested avroom with 2 beds and a sofa. It was going to be 5 persons in the room and we needed 3 beds. We had to have 2 members of our party stay with my son because they didn't have a bed.
