This place was EXCEPTIONAL, ESPECIALLY THE STAFF! My husband and I had traveled from Sedona that day hitting 5 o’clock traffic, missing one exit and our 8 year old son kicking the back of Daddy’s seat “accidentally” multiple times. When we arrived Kat was a breath of fresh air, and a real sweetheart! We dropped our bags then had to return our car back to the Turo owner. When we got back to the hotel we grabbed one of the BEST Old Fashions I’ve had, from Abbi, the SWEETEST bartender with the kindest heart. Then Keoni another staff member proceeded to engage with our son in the most lovely FAMILY kind of way, when Mom & Dad needed a little break. YOURE THE BEST BROTHER! This place felt like HOME! Welcoming, kind, excellent service and wonderful drinks and food! Above and beyond! One more shout out to Skip, the morning desk gentleman. He was upbeat and kind, and even told us which gate we had for our upcoming flight! Way to go everyone! WE LOVE YOU!!! Thank you for an exquisite ending to our family AZ trip!
