Grand Heykel Hotel is a short distance from all the main Bursa attractions. It is right opposite (2 minutes walk) from the famous (First one opened in 1867) Bursa Iskendar Kebab Restaurant. We had a pleasant stay at Grand Heykel and would definitely stay again; however, will choose Family Suite next time as the Triple room was a bit smaller for us.

Very recommended I would give them 10 stars. Very clean Hotel and rooms. Very nice staff and helpful. I asked on of them to show me the bus station going to Otogar, She offered me a ride to Otogar. They have very nice breakfast with a beautiful view.

A very well-kept property with attentive , welcoming, and friendly staff. Breakfast on top floor with lovely view of the surrounding city was enjoyable. Across the street from the bazaar and on a side street off main road, so everything was conveniently available at short walking distance. I highly recommend this property.

Great area!

Im it was a good 1 night stay loved the area around the hotel just our room smelt like smoke and I’m very sensitive to it and the architrave wasn’t on the wall it was lying on the floor. But it was an okay one night stay for the price. If you stay there, make sure you go down the road a bit and do the Turkish path was awesome!

The property is in a nice location, right at the city center, the place is a bit on the older side, but for the price is not bad, the only gripe I have is that we stayed there for four days and none of the days was the cleaning service performed in our room.

Disappointing Stay – Not as Advertised Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was far from satisfactory. The hallways and rooms had a persistent, unpleasant odor, which made the environment uncomfortable. The bathroom showed visible signs of mold, raising concerns about cleanliness and hygiene. The internet connection was unreliable, frequently disconnecting and barely usable. When I brought this up with the reception, I was told this was a common issue throughout the hotel. Breakfast was particularly disappointing. Most items were served straight from the fridge with no proper presentation or freshness. The advertised images are misleading and do not reflect reality. When I raised my concerns with the manager, he simply stated, “This is not a high-end hotel,” which, in my opinion, is no excuse for the poor quality and lack of basic hospitality standards.

bir gün dikkatımì çekti bunlar çarşaf yastık yüzü dağiştirmediklerini dikkatımı çekti ve yataktan kalkıyordum çarşafta kan lekesini benzer kırmızı leke vardı ve o lekenin resmini çektim ve bir gün önce yenisini seçeneklerini söyledilerdi, çarşıya çıktım ve hotel'e geri döndüm ve leke yani dedikleri çarşafta duruyor, tekrar resim çektim ve resimleri karşılaştırsın ve büyüterek baktım leke aynı leke, yani o odada 9 gün yattın ve 9 gün hotellerjn çarşaf değiştirmesi yapılanı yapmadılar, ne yapmamı istiyorsunuz,ve ilk gün yatakta çarşaf değil çarşaf diye yorganyüzü seçmişler, ölçüsü ufak ve ilk gün çarşaf değil yorganyüzü üstünde yattım, birde çarşafların ölçüsü ufak ve yatağın bir tarafını örtülüyor ve öbür tarafta yatağın yarısına kadar açık, daha hepisi orada resimlerde, her gün temizlik yapmıyorlardı çünkü yeni havlu konmuyordu,gidip kendim istiyordum ve 3 gün bile oldu kendim aldı ve odaya girmedikleri için üç boyut havlu yığıntısı oldu, o resimdeki tırıklar bozuklar ve banyo kapısının onündeki taş çatlak ve yerinden oynuyor sallanıyordu üstüne basınca düştüm o odayı öyle görünce resimlerde 5 gün sonra odayı o çarşafı değişmeyen odayı verdiler, bunların hepisi şu yüzden oluyordu, ayrı çalışan temizlikcileri yoktu, mutfakta çalışanların işi bitince temizlik işleri başlıyordu, işte kahvaltı hazırla topla yorgunluğu olduğu için işe yetişemiyor havlu değişimi ve yatak düzlemesi yapamıyordu çünkü aşcılara o görev veriliyordu çünkü ayrı çalışan temizlikçi yoktu a lekeli yırtık ç
