The sheets were clean, I think. They were accommodating of my dog, but the only area to walk my dog had a lot of litter and no grass. The bathroom was gross, and everything was in desperate need of paint.

Not as pictured at all. No pool or continental breakfast as advertised. Room very dirty, including bedspread. Could hear guests arguing in room next-door. Could hear guests above us walking around. Could hear when every toilet flushed. Sketchy live in residents. We were not permitted to use the only deadbolt on the door. Did not feel safe in general. Too expensive for what it was.

The room I had must have been renovated recently, but none the less, very clean The bathroom nerd renovation but again, was clean. The front desk gentleman at check-in was awesome, very friendly and upbeat. This is your basic Roadside Motel, there are eateries and fuel literally right down the road, and very convenient to I-90, right off Route 22. I intend on using this Motel again when up there!

No pool, no breakfast, but fine place to sleep.

Pool not functional, breakfast not provided. Though they advertise both. Even when we checked in they said, have breakfast before leaving. But then there was none. Room was fine. Clean, everything worked, etc. As a place to sleep and get ready, it was fine. Good location. Just don't expect breakfast or swimming pool and you won't be disappointed.

The guy at the front desk asked me to go to his room on the 3rd floor and I said I am not that kind of girl. The bed was filthy and the bed felt like I was on the boxspring I didn't sleep at all.

Property is close to Tanglewood Musical Venues. Parking is easy. The rooms are impeccably clean and the office manger was curteous.

Would not suggest - misleading listing

I never write reviews and I try to be understanding but I have to write for this one. Stayed for one night. Listing was inaccurate. Pool was not in use, there were no rollaway beds and the pet fee was higher then stated. The hotel was poorly “clean” but not clean in the context of the shower and bathroom etc. - grime and mildew built up. Very poor bed. Smelled so bad like smoke. Very cheap hotel for a reason, but I feel for the price and the condition it was in, it should have been even cheaper. I knew the rating wasn’t super high but I definitely would not rate it as high as it is rated on hotels.com. Very disappointed in the misleading listing from hotels.com.

Poorly maintained, stains on walls, dirty faucet, 2 wire hangers. Worn Wooden uneven stairs. Price was low so we didn’t expect much, but this was disappointing and dangerous
