HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
I was woken up at 8:00 a.m. by nonstop drilling coming from inside the hotel. The noise continued continuously and made it impossible to rest or sleep. This is a hotel and casino — not a construction site — and there was no disclosure at booking or at check-in that this would be happening.
When I went to the front desk, I was told they “couldn’t do anything” because I booked through Hotels.com and that Hotels.com was supposed to inform me. That response is unacceptable. Construction noise originating from the property is the hotel’s responsibility, regardless of booking platform. There was no attempt to relocate us, stop the noise, or offer any compensation.
The lack of accountability and guest service was just as bad as the noise itself. Being woken up early by drilling and then dismissed by staff completely ruined the stay.
I would not recommend staying here unless you are comfortable being woken up early by construction with no warning and no support from management. Extremely disappointing experience.
