one of the best resort EVER. they think ahead to all your needs, they cleane the room every day you can literally eat on the floor, the service is amazing and the structure is like new even if the resort is 10 years old. the really care about maintenance and put so much effort, the holiday was a dream. we stayed for 6 nights in a villa and laundry was for example inclusive. Every detail—from the architecture to the decor—feels intentional, serene, and deeply connected to nature. The service is absolutely top-notch. The entire staff is a true joy to be around: warm, attentive, genuinely happy, and always willing to help. Each guest is assigned a personal butler, which elevates the experience even further. Our butler, Agung, was exceptional—thoughtful, proactive, and incredibly kind—making our stay effortless and memorable. This was my second time staying at Mandapa, and it certainly will not be my last. I wholeheartedly recommend it to all my family and friends. You truly do not need to leave the property to have a perfect vacation. Mandapa offers everything on-site: immersive nature experiences, a beautiful temple, rice fields, outstanding restaurants and bars, a world-class spa, a fully equipped gym, and endless opportunities to relax and reconnect. An unforgettable experience and fantastic stay at this wonderful hotel. Everything was so well thought out and nothing was too much to ask the staff for. The rooms are huge and beautiful. Lot's of small freebies enhanced the stay and the team is incredibly service minded without being intrusive. One of the best places I stayed at!

Wow!!! We are lost for words at how much we fell in love with this place from the view, rooms, pools, spa, food in each restaurant and mostly the staff. Mandapa is a beautiful property with the highest level of service. They also pay attention to the small details like providing extra complimentary items for those celebrating a special occasion and providing complimentary amenities above and beyond what I would expect. On top of that, Mandapa organizes a huge range activities for guests. They have a ton of relationships with local vendors so you’ll receive special attention around town as a Mandapa guest. Justine, Dina, and Gus De made our stay extra special. If you’re wondering whether the splurge is worth it, it is!

This resort is a 7 star property and in my opinion a must stay property in Ubud. It's all about the service and how they make you feel. It all starts with a warm welcome with your butler , the manager , and rest of the welcome team. Everything was perfect! Our patih, Louis, made sure of it. We had a wonderful full day excursion, where Gudse took us to many unique places you would never find yourself. After day 1, the team at Sawah Terrace knew my order before i placed it. Warning: you will be spoilt! One of our favorite activities was the Connect to reconnect, Dinar and Pragynaan were so knowledgeable , when we did the BalineseHerbal Healing. The only other properties I find comparable are the Royal Mansour and Udaivillas.

숙소, 식당, 친절한 스태프, 모든 면에서 만족스러웠습니다. 만다파에 묵으려 다시 발리에 와야겠네요.

직원들이 너무너무너무 친절합니다. 제가 발리에선 누사두아 세인트레지스 스미냑 사마야스미냑 그리고 우붓 포시즌사얀에서 지내봤었는데 이곳이 최고였어요. 정말 한결같이 웃으면서 친절하게 대해주셔서 너무 좋았어요. 그리고 외출할때 공항 픽업 샌딩때 다른 숙소에선 어떻게든 본인들이 차량을 연결해주려하는데 여기는 그런 부담을 안줘서 그것도 너무 좋았어요. 암튼 담에 우붓을 여행하면 주저없이 리츠칼튼만다파를 선택하겠어요.
