Perfect staff throughout. Rooms are comfortable. Garden is nice. Breakfast is good but a little pricey I would say for what you get. Spread a little poor. But staff will get you anything you require.

Stay at Nottingham

The location of the hotel was ideal. The room was on the small size. The carpet in the room had stain marks, which we had not seen on the numerous visits before. Also the floor outside the room has hard floors so you could clearly hear the cleaning trolley pass our room. The door to the staircase banged when people passed through which was heard whilst in the room. Overall was a good stay and the bed and pillows were excellent

I was extremely impressed with the staff at this hotel. Everyone, from the night receptionist, the restaurant manager to the young woman serving breakfast. They were all courteous, friendly and really helpful. We loved the view from our rooms across Nottingham and enjoyed the breakfast after a good night's sleep.

Short break at Hart Hotel, would highly recommend!

The room was lovely, not overly spacious, but enough for two. Had booked a garden room, made it so much better. So plenty of outside space to sit in the sun, and have a lovely coffee listening to the birds and watching squirrels. The staff were absolutely brilliant, so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing, being vegi, they catered for our needs. Got two vegi sausage on our plates, then help yourself to mushrooms, beans, tomatoes, scrambled eggs, and bacon and meat sausages there too. Free tea milk, and filter coffee in room, replenished daily, along with a bottle of filtered water. Mini bar in fridge, at a cost. The house keeper ladies were amazing, so polite, and kept our room clean and tidy. Would highly recommend!!!!

Lovely hotel. I stayed in one of the Garden rooms and the views were amazing. Their service is great. I requested an iron and ironing board around 22:30 pm and the receptionist arranged for it immediately. The breakfast menu could be more budget-friendly though.

Nice hotel shame about ……….

Lovely hotel in a great location. Breakfast of great quality and choice was fantastic, staff friendly, welcoming and obliging. Hotel spotlessly clean. Now the not so goods, hardly any parking spaces, beds and pillows too soft for my liking however accept that is a personal opinion. Bath over shower not great if you struggle with your mobility as I do, room far too hot a desk fan was provided but no A/C. One bottle of water, tea and coffee provided. Bottles of water in the fridge were to be paid for, only one pack of biscuits for 2 people and the milk in the fridge was sour. The mini bar which included soft drinks was extortionate in price. Would I stay again - yes only for its location.

An oasis of quiet and calm

Lovely hotel, tucked away in quiet corner of the city with stunning views, yet close to the city. Staff were all great - we arrived early morning and the promised ev charging space was ready for us and then we found our room was also ready, which was really helpful. Breakfast was good - lovely bread and hot options. More limited on the continental side though. Quiet and relaxing - can highly recommend this gem of a hotel.
