Ok for a night.

Decent motel style with great view of Bras D’or Lake but the bathroom was a little sketchy as the hot water turned off in the middle of my shower. The bed was soft but that’s not my preference. Service was great in the restaurant.

This was our second stay at the Cabot Trail Motel. We find the rooms very clean and well kept. The view of the lake from the room adds a nice touch. The staff were excellent when we had to leave early due to a family emergency back home. While our stay was short this year, we will be coming back.

Good locations extremely noisy rooms.

Good location but extemely noisy rooms. Paper thin walls and door. The hotel was not fullt booked and we asked for a quiet room but we were still placed in between other visitors. Otherwise good. We would recommend this motel for all visitors that are not sound sensitive.

Nice view of the lake. Room was adequate. Price was right. Food was good. Staff was awesome!! Checking in was pleasant and efficient. Server at breakfast and dinner was exceptional. She had a smile on her face at all times and treated everyone like family. Checking out was easy and the gal recommended a good book about Alexander and Mabel Bell. Very nice staff who seem to take pride in this motel. We enjoyed our stay.
