No hot water for shower. Toilet flush is seldom fail or repeatedly do so it will flush. Remote TV is not working.

We stay room 310, 408 and 406. Room 310, the exhaust fan from ceiling is dripping with water and straight to toilet bowl. You will get wet while you will pee or pass motion. There is no hand and face towel provided at all. no room slippers and door card is not working. I need to open by keys manualy. It is very hassle. The toilet alot of molds on shower side .lastly the kettle provided has burning smell when using it Bathroom towel and bathroom rug is also dirty. No hygiene Room 408/406 - the toilet bowl will not flush, it over flow when flushing. very dirty. Can not even fix it even after changing toilet bowl itself The key card is not working, we need to always use manual keys to open the room. I find that the hotel is new but the amenities is not well maintained. we requested to change room so that we will have better stay but they don't have spare room. And unfortunately they are not able to fix the issues we escalate to them. so we end up we check out early and move to other hotel to stay. I hope the hotel will get improved and provide the basic necessity. And be prepared especially if peak season. Overall experience is bad and dont pass the basic requirement for accomodation

とても快適に過ごせました！予約のときは騒音がちょっと心配だったんですが、実際に滞在してみると全然問題なし。スタッフの方もみんな親切で、歩いて3分くらいでレストランがたくさんあって、とても便利でした。Wi-Fiも快適で不自由なく使えました。

This was my second visit to the hotel and the #1 reason I love about this place are the Staff. Then you have the cleanliness of the room, and super close to IT Park (where everything is happening). The shower definitely needs an upgrade to make them all "rain shower" and an even distribution of hot and cold water. Wi-fi connections needs to be improved vastly because I do a lot of business online while on vacation. May I also suggest to have a 2 station internet cafe that are connected to a high-speed internet cable, again for tourists who does business online while on vacation. Over all, because of the Staff, Management, and tidiness of the room I'll give this place a 4 star! You can be on the bank that I will be back here next year!

新しい綺麗なホテル

シャワーの水圧も良く、温水が水に変わる事もなかったのがとても良かった。朝食も混んだつすること無く美味しくいただいた。ただメニューが少なく感じるが、この金額では妥当である。正面の道路側は景色は良いがうるさいため、裏の民家側の部屋に変更してもらい、静かであった。ただ、この地域はI Tパークなので、夜でもざわざわとしているのは仕方が無いと思います。

When we were on the way up to our rooms, we had a hard time operating the elevator and the staff who heard us did not bother to help us. Security guard was the one who helped us. When we went to our room, the air conditioner was not working properly and when we asked if there was another room we could move into even if we had to upgrade to a higher accomodation, the front desk personnel Jasper (he would not give us his full name) put us on hold for a long time then was snarky when we put in our request. To top it off, the toilet did not flush. The front desk personnel was not helpful and was in fact downright rude. The morning front desk staff were friendly and accomodating. That Jasper Ian Sericon and the condition of the property needs to be attended to.

The staff are excellent. Good cleaning and sanitation. Small restaurant with a good but limited menu. Polite servers. This is an older building and has plumbing problems. I changed rooms but the second room also had plumbing problems. Maintenance guy responded quickly but confided that the plumbing is his struggle constantly.
