Inconformidad en el hotel posada cid

La verdad el hotel estuvo muy mal la comodidad de la habitación no fue nada agradable el wi fi nada que servía y la televisión por cable a cada rato se iba la señal, llame a recepción para reportar y solo me dijeron que ellos no podían hacer nada que era problema de la señal

The only thing which was annoying, is I had mentioned to the staff I am going to a local friend to stay with me for two days. I also mentioned not to mention to my friend of payment. Will settle the bill before I leave, as I was not sure if my friend was going to stay one , two or three days. Even though they claim they understood and was okay. But every day they asked for me for money. They must have asked me three or four times of the day. Worst they requested the money in front of my friend, communication between staff is poor.
