“Our stay at Pham Gia Villa was wonderful! We loved the spacious room, the beautiful pool, and the perfect location — close enough to walk to the Old Town, yet far from the noise. The staff were all very kind and caring, and we truly felt welcomed and like part of a family. We couldn’t have chosen a better place — everything was so convenient and comfortable! We also needed a late check-out due to our flight, and they kindly allowed us to stay longer with no problem at all. Vy, the receptionist, was extraordinary — super friendly, helpful, and thoughtful. She even arranged our airport pick-up when we arrived and our transfer back when we left. We’ll definitely recommend this place to our friends and hope to come back with our family to stay here again.”

Well where do I begin…the photos of Pham Gia that are online are very misleading. This was my least favorite hotel in all of my travels throughout Vietnam. The 5 star ratings on this app are definitely not warranted. When we got into the room it smelled mouldy and was not clean. The room and entire place felt very outdated — it looks nothing like the photos provided. They all seem to be from a time when the hotel was thriving but this place it has definitely seen better days. There is no breakfast buffet as shown in the photos online, instead it’s a very basic set menu, and unfortunately the omelette I ordered was cooked in so much oil that I couldn’t eat it. Very disappointing. Location is ok, but not as central or close to the main part of Hoi An as stated in other reviews in my opinion. I really wish this had been better, it was just nothing like the other reviews stated, I’m honestly kind of shocked that the ratings are so high. I do not recommend staying here at all.

We spent 5 nights at this lovely and cosy hotel. The room was spacious and the pool was exactly after exploring the area. They provided lots of helpful recommendations and the vegetarian restaurant opposite is worth a visit.

Lovely little place. Staff are lovely and v helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Quiet. Good location. Bikes available to hire (30.000 vnd per day) but th old town is in easy walking distance (10 mins to the border of the old town, 20 mins to the river). The owner/receptionist arranged a great tour for me to try out bamboo boats. Also arranged the airport shuttle to Danang. Everything very reasonably priced. Would happily have stayed longer.

Lakenet var nok rent, luktet rent, og vi endevendte madrasser etc i tilfelle. Men l lakenet var fullt av flekker som ikke hadde gått bort i vask, ekkelt! Verten var ikke tilstede, og portlren som var der måtte komunisere med oss gjennom facetime med vert.
