Bellas instalaciones con vista a la ciudad, muy cerca del centro histórico, todo esta super cerca a pie, muchos restaurantes, Teatro Juarez, Catedral, La Alhóndiga, Callejoneada, etc. El personal siempre muy amable en todo. Quizá lo único que para mi no fue gran inconveniente es que no tiene estacionamiento cerca, esta a unos 12 min. caminando. pero ya que es una ciudad donde caminar para conocer y vivir la experiencia de Guanajuato es clave pues fue un placer.

El hotel es muy céntrico con buenas vistas de la ciudad y tiene muy buen servicio, el personal es muy amable y atento El único problema es el ruido por parte de otros huéspedes y el personal de limpieza, todo se escucha y si quieres dormir hasta un poco más tarde es difícil por el ruido

La ubicación del hotel es excelente, céntrica. Todo el personal fue amable. A pesar de tener letreros de silencio absoluto a partir de las 22:00 hrs es muy ruidoso; esto se incrementa por el tipo de puertas y ventanas de cristal que tienen en algunas habitaciones, por lo cual se complica descansar ya que pasa la luz de los pasillos, aún con las cortinas.

Considering the difference in language the staff were very patient and accommodating. We liked the character of old Mexico. The hotel was ideally situated in the historic district. Great coffee shop right outside. Only negative did not open till. 8.30. Would definitely stay again. Thankyou.

La habitación era muy reducida y para nada era como la mostrada en la foto. Las escaleras fatigosas y riesgosas. Pedimos con vista a la calle y no se podía abrir para salir al balcón. No tenía armario. Fue decepcionante. Estuvimos una hora allí y mejor nos fuimos.
