Our first room wasn't as good as we expected, the desk clerk gave us choices of better rooms to move into and apologized. She requested maintenance to take care of it. All staff were friendly and helpful. We stay here yearly. Nice place and location.

Room not cleaned. Dirty sheets, dirty floors

Our room apparently had fresh towels put in and the beds made, but the sheets were dirty, the floor was crunchy and not swept and there was sand in the shower that would have been swept down the drain by the simplest cleaning. We checked in around 8PM so it wasn't a rush job. But there sure was an envelope left asking for a tip! The front desk lady was nice, the location is good. The hotel is old but seems to be making an effort to update. Our white bed linens were stained yellow in places and had cigarette burns. The air conditioner worked fine, although it was loud and the shower had hot water. Overpriced but that's beach hotels.

Close to the beach and restaurants. If you are looking for quiet this isn’t the place. If you are looking to have fun and somewhere to pass out drunk this place will work.

This property was very outdated, the toilet seat was barely on, the toilet was so low to the ground you had to hold onto something to sit down. The baseboard was so old it was coming off. The air conditioners were rusted out and dripping rusty water, ours didnt even cool our room. The bed was a semi thick mattress on a "rock hard" slab foundation. The whole time we were in the room, the smell of pot was drifting in through the ac. It was horrible, we WILL NOT go back. It was a typical 2 star MOTEL, very dirty, overpriced!

This was a great place to just need somewhere to sleep at. Staff was friendly, accommodated early check in, and room was very clean. Only complaint I have is the pool area needs updated pretty bad, it was small. The trash area was right next to it, so it smelled while sitting there. Thankfully we spent majority of the time at the beach.
