Spaceship shower

Comfortable room but the shower is a bit weird. Not comfortable for people over 6ft.

Relaxing vibe

Keeping in mind the building is old and refurbished beautifully, there is no elevator. The rooms are beautiful and cozy and the beds are heavenly! They mat wish to consider adding more cloyhing hooks and upgrading their toilet paper. The washes and conditioner in the shower are ver nice. The shower itself could use some maintenance. Love the lounge area and the rooftop patio was a fabulous place to wind down after busy days. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I'm likely to go back!

6/10 Good

Place was nice, staff is friendly. But hot tub and half the shower features didn't work. No elevator is a slight annoyance but not an issue.

Loved this little gem, room are so comfortable and have every amenity you could want. Heated bathroom floors, heated towel racks, wonderful shower, comfortable beds, stylish decor. Convenient little kitchenette fully stocked with supplies. Roof top hottub was amazing and sauna was so relaxing. Would highly recommend to anyone. Very impressed!

Great hotel with nice clean rooms

10/10 Exceptional

Our stay was excellent! We were in the King Suite which was super comfortable. Having the kitchenette was convenient making it easy to prepare some of our own meals. The hotel is nicely furnished with lots of modern fixtures and furnishings. They are also pet friendly so bringing our dog was a non issue. Luciano and the rest of the staff went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The rooftop seating area and hot tub were fabulous. The hotel is on Baker Street with plenty of fantastic dining options just steps away. Overall, the Savoy Hotel exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend staying there. You won’t be disappointed.

8/10 Very good

We enjoyed our stay. We stayed in the King Suite. One of the reasons we stayed in that room was because of the multi-jetted shower. Unfortunately only the overhead rain and hand-held shower heads worked. The many side shower heads weren’t functioning. Other than the shower, the room was big and was a great place to relax.

6/10 Good

It wasn’t all we had hoped for. We really wanted a hot tub so we called to ensure it was working. Booked an appointment and it wasn’t working. Also really fancy showers that were also not functioning properly. We had just come in from a week of camping so pretty bug let down
Andrea, 1-night trip

Okay I guess, every time we stay here it seems more things in our room are broken and they have just stopped doing maintenance all together

Great location

The front desk person was very friendly and accommodating, asked if we needed help with our bags. room was small as expected , but clean and renovated very well, also it was quiet unless you had the window open. easy access parking for $10.00 and could easily walk to downtown in minutes. The only negative the bed was horrible it was caved in a lot right in the center, The worst we have ever slept on. Would not stay again until there is a new bed replacement.

No Go

Booked at 1015 pm during a late night drive. Arrived at 1020 pm. Doors locked, desk empty, no way to check in. Day 2 of trying to get my money back for the stay that never happened.
