Won’t be back.

The room has a strong moldy smell. The sheets were damp from the humidity in the room. The room key didn’t work. It took two trips down to the desk to get someone to fix the door.

Dirty. They didn’t clean the rooms. When I need fresh shower towels they didn’t have any available. Someone left dirty underwear in the room from the previous stay. Probing more that the rooms didn’t get cleaned. Worse stay ever.

There wasn’t much to like! We get there for a later check in just to find out no one cleaned our room. They brushed it off that there was a new maid and that was the issue. Come to find out many people had this happen to them during our stay. When we also check in we are informed that the power went out that “morning” and made the elevator go out. Supposedly the owner didn’t want to “pay for an over night fee” to get the elevator back on. Well yours truly had to lug everything up the stairs to the 3rd floor for a family of four. They should have had plenty of time to get it serviced before that evening. The girl at the front desk was very sweet and tried her best and I commend Steph for trying! She eventually came and made our beds at 9pm when we got back from eating dinner. That was really inconvenient for a family with littles. You could tell upon arrival that nothing had been cleaned or restocked. Steph said house keeping would be by around 8. We leave and go on our day the next morning thinking our room is going to be cleaned. Well we thought wrong. We get back that evening to discover nothing had been touched once again. So I ended up running into the manager down stairs and notified him of the issue and wondered if we were ever going to get a clean room during our stay bc apparently they don’t clean but every 3 days so when we would be leaving. He got us on the list to be cleaned the next morning. The guy shows up and starts cleaning around 7am when we’r eating in pj’s.

Pros: ample room, full size fridge and microwave, and comfortable bed and pillows. Cons: dirty, elevator broken, bugs in our beds (beetles if Google is to be trusted), no protein at breakfast, broken and missing exercise equipment, no maid service or clean towels. Would not recommend

La atención en el front desk fue siempre muy atenta. Un 10 en el tema de la alberca y el jacuzzi, siempre con el agua caliente o tibia. El desayuno es justo por lo que pagas y el área de estacionamiento muy bien. La habitación de buen tamaño y con buen mobiliario, nos la entregaron limpia y con vasos y vajilla igualmente limpios. El único detalle es que la TV no funcionaba el control remoto y que el servicio de limpieza a la habitación es cada tercer día, por lo que uno tiene que llevar las toallas y basura al front desk para que las cambien y tiren las bolsas de basura.

The property charged me an extra 15 dollars on my card after check out. They didn’t send a receipt the first time or one for the charge. I called four different times and everyone kept me in a circle. I finally had my bank dispute and refund me. Bathroom ceiling was molded
