Check in was horrible. It took over 20 minutes to get a key to go to my room. Once I got to my room the place looked very rundown. Rust on the vent fan above the stove, one drawer missing from the chest of drawers and the TV didn't work. I called the front desk about the TV and was informed that all rooms were full and the maintenance man wouldn't be back for 2 days. I should try fixing the TV myself. I tried but it still never worked.

This hotel is not for families! We lost our money and went to another hotel. Stay away from it if you are traveling with your loved ones. Even if I was traveling alone I'd be worried of staying there.

Convent location. Cons: phone did not work, no supplies in “kitchen”, one very small bar of soap, no paper towels or Kleenex. , had to use wash cloth to clean up spill, TV offered no stations, had to add $5.99 for streaming on internet but streaming did not work, one light switch at door, had to get out of bed to turn on/off. Faucet in tub leaking badly, no stopper to use tub, no amenities of any kind

There was no one at the front desk when I arrived to check in. I had to call the receptionist. She was helpful. But the lobby, the hallway and room had a strong and unbearable smell of a household cleaner somewhat like bleach. I could not stay there, I had to cancel my reservation. I definitely will not recommend this establishment for anyone.

It smelled terrible in the room like mold/mildew. The facility is old and I just could not rest due to the horrible smell. It seemed to be in an unsafe area with suspicious activities. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows instantly went flat. Wish I was refunded for this awful experience. I feel like I got sick from the room.
