A great stay! In the heart of Gatlinburg. Next to Anakeesta! Near alk the shops! What more could you ask for? Though I didn't see one on this last day, you may see an actual black bear in the parking lot or in the smoking area!

There was a guests towel left on the balcony chairs. Unlike other hotels, this hotel had ZERO BUGS!! We were thankful for that.
