The room we had was like a cave, no air conditioning or windows (temperature 37 degrees). It was extremely hot all night. We specifically requested a quiet room but we’re placed directly under the restaurant. The scraping of trolleys and tables, moving cutlery, crockery etc. started from 6am then music playing from 7.30am. An electrical fault on the first night meant the lights flashed on every 40 seconds. There was only one plug socket in the room, the door frames had paint pealing off and several fittings in the bathroom were broken. The reception staff refused our request to move rooms and we had no apology or explanation from anyone throughout our stay. Very little sleep meant it was far from the relaxing holiday we thought we’d booked at a ‘deluxe’ hotel!

This is a nice and comfortable hotel, well located with a great view. It is on a hill, so, lots of up and down within the premises. breakfast is good. service is decent. more information could have been provided on the exact location of the room. cleanliness could have been better.

The best hotel

Great location with sea and mountain views! If you want to relax your mind and body, this all inclusive resort is for you! Absolutely stunning hotel. From the moment we arrived everything was perfect. The staff is very friendly, they do everything they can to make you feel at home. Rooms are spacious with great views, orthopedic mattresses, white soft towels and good air conditioning. Excellent restaurant with a great selection of food, all of which tasted great. The spa is just great..... Special thanks to the customer service staff and waiters. We will definitely be back!

The whole hotel needs repainting, there are hazardous wooden planks sticking up everywhere. The bathroom had a disgusting smell all the time we were there. The food is 3 star at best will the same selection at every meal time and the drinks are watered down. The snack bar is the best thing, and the sunbeds and pool are good.

Nice hotel

Hotel is fine, staff all very nice and friendly and the hotel grounds are kept well. Pool area and ground all clean and tidy. Beds very hard, and I like a firm bed! Daytime entertainment non-existent. Maybe one game in the day (darts/table tennis) and that’s it. Evening one show at 21:30 for 30 mins. Food satisfactory, quite repetitive and as only one restaurant do have any other options but for the price we paid we can’t really complain. Walkable to Olu Deniz centre, can needed to Hisaronu (but only a few ££). Overall a nice week in the sun.

Average but nothing great.

Staff friendly on contact but overall young and inexperienced. Found food to be very disappointing, often tasting stale or of no flavour. Rooms do need refreshing as of other reviews but were adequate. Maid left door open each day after cleaning and safe never worked after reporting 2 times. Didn’t find the stay matched the many high positive reviews.
