It is amazing how a hotel of this quality is tucked away at the door step of Old Town and the Charles Bridge. We had a small problem at the beginning but the staff went above and beyond to correct it. The bed was comfortable and the rooms were quiet.

Loved it but I had failed to notice that they don't have a lift and I am 85. The staff were very understanding and moved my booking from floor four to floor two. Even 2 floors was tricky but outside of that the place and staff were fantastic

The location of the hotel was perfect, just walking distance to a lot of tourist attractions like the Charles Bridge, Astronomical Clock and the Mirror Chapel where we watched the concert by the Royal Czech Orchestra. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and there were a variety of food selection at the breakfast buffet. Just a few points for improvement --- the coffee machine wasn't working and the internet was intermittent. Other than this, we enjoyed our stay and recommend this hotel. Thank you to all the lovely staff at the hotel.

What a beautifully, the room was a blessing and the bathroom was so nice (separate tub and shower, double vanity, spacious). There isn’t an elevator but you are in a historic building with incredible beams! Location is truly great, so close to everything!

Wonderful Hotel in Best Position in Prague

Amazing stay - after walking around Prague all week decided this was the best location in Prague ! Reception staff were great. Beds extremely large and comfortable. Breakfast was good - although didn’t replenish after 9.15 so if you went to breakfast at 9.30 til 10 - left with scraps.
