nice location

convenient location. there is no aircon in the room. the breakfast just ok. no parking space but there is a parking lot (15 mins walking) only 6 euro for a day.

The hotel is slightly far away from the central station so It takes some time to walk from there. Luggages were kept in the bar area which made us worry that the safety as it is an open area. The beds seem broken and they are too soft to sleep. The room door is hard to open and I could always hear the sound made by other people when dealing with the door. Breakfast is fine. No working wifi in the room

酒店位置不错，离我办事的地方很近。离购物中心和教堂也不远，可以不行。酒店本身比较小，条件比较一般。性价比还算高。

If I could give it zero stars, I would. We were told there was luggage storage. What it was was a large, unsecured room that looked to be an old dining room and we just had to leave our bags there and pray. Once we were able to check in, we saw how awful the rest of the hotel was. There was large stains all over the carpet throughout the very dark hallways. The room itself was even worse. The window was missing half of the curtain, the floors were dirty. The shower head was broken. There wasn't a single CUP in the room. Even in the "roach coach" motels in the US, there has always been a cup. The bedspread had multiple hairs on it. And, it was so loud outside and not once but twice, there were bloodcurdling screams. For the rest of the trip we called this the "Murder Hotel". The worst thing of all though is what we paid for it. $257 per night! I realize it was "surge pricing" due to the Christmas Market season but this hotel was not anywhere close to the markets and their average rate is about $66. We paid nearly 4 times that for the worst stay anywhere in my life. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

It has a distinct smell and the hallways are not very nice or fresh. The shower handle was broken, the doors to the shower was hard to close. The curtains are not covering the full window. Apparently they are not serving breakfast anymore.

Très décevant ! Les photos ne reflètent pas du tout les chambres ! L'ensemble est vieillot et a besoin d'une rénovation complète : plafond dégradé, moquette usée, rideaux à bout de course et troués, douche entartrée. Les photos parlent d'elles-mêmes ! Équipement limité (j'ai du réclamer une lampe de chevet car le seul eclairage etaitle plafonnier) et pas de pdj servi en semaine. Très déçue de HOTEL.COM pour la sélection de cet établissement !!!

Es ist nicht sauber es waren Haare auf dem der Boden im Flur ist ca seit 40 Jahren drin und nie wieder gepflegt worden. Das letzte Mal das gestrichen wurde war galube ich bei der Eröffnung dieses Hotel. Wenn man ins Zimmer rein kam riecht es erdrückend. Es war definitiv eine einmalige Sache. Die Bilder entsprechen nicht dwm Zustand des Hotel. Der Preis war es nicht Wert!!!!!!!

Bom custo/beneficio, localização ok, mas há melhor

Hotel bem simples, mas limpo e bem localizado, a uns 16/20 min a pé da catedral e da estação do trem, mas o caminho é tranquilo, em meio a lojas e cafés. Inclusive, acho que muito perto da catedral não é legal, muita muvuca. O hotel fica perto das margens do rio, de várias outras igrejinhas, de uma praça importante, de um dos “arcos /portao” da cidade. Sugiro restaurante l’Osteria nas proximidades: uma rede muito boa que conheci em Frankfurt- comida boa, pizza, drinks. Há próx ao hotel uma pizzaria (não fui) e um local bem legal para café da manhã (perto da avenida no sentido da catedral. Sobre o hotel, tem elevador, quarto e banheiro bem pequenos, mas atende, ventilador (pra quem não vai no inverno é importante). Tem secador de cabelo e shower gel. Trocam toalhas diariamente. Cama mais ou menos, mas nada que atrapalhe o sono. Problema, uma tomada não funcionava. Pedimos reparos logo que chegamos. Dois dias depois fomos embora e nada. Reservamos meio em cima da hora/ em outra oportunidade procuraria outro melhor em custo benefício, mas se não achasse, voltaria, pq nada desses pequenos probleminhas foram significativos.
