The hotel is clean, and I really wanted to have a great experience. Unfortunately, it was very disappointing. We paid for a room with a jet bathtub, but the jets were not working. After checkout, I asked if we could briefly use the pool. Hotels nearby usually allow this, especially when the pool is empty. The man at the reception did not allow it and said, “It’s your checkout time, so you leave.” When I asked why and mentioned that other hotels do this, he responded, “Why do I care?” His behavior was rude, intense, and unprofessional. Extremely disappointed by the service and attitude, especially after a good start to the stay.

Perfect for 3, bathroom and kitchen need updating ( crack in sink, old flooring). Pool and hot tub were clean and an AMAZING temperature. No clean sponge provided for washing dishes, and a bowl was found in the cupboard completely soiled. Overall though, I would stay there again.

Decent place, nice pool.

Check-in was easy and the room was clean. The kitchen could use updating and the quality of the complementary coffee is poor. I know that sounds whiny, but there’s better coffee around than that. The walls are thin and we could hear the guests next door. The pool is very nice. All in all, a decent stay for a lower price point than other places closer to town.

Everything was lovely. Should probably warn people about the size of the parking lot. Thankfully we bought my car. Had we brought my husband’s truck, or anything bigger than a compact car. We would not have fit in the parking spaces.

Sweet spot really close to Golden Haven spa. Walk back and forth to your treatment and you can use all of the pools at both places! The handmade essential oils for the jacuzzi are lovely and all staff were great. Dog friendly a huge plus, even though we didn't bring ours. We will be back!!
