Well when I booked there was no indication that the place was under renovations. Said breakfast was included in the stay. Got there and the place was a disaster. Tarps and renovations everywhere. The room on the first floor was ok. Next morning got up to leave. Went to the elevator and it did not work. Kept missing the first floor where we stayed. So that being said we had to go outside and walk around the building to get to the office. As there was snow on the ground I slipped on ice and fell on my right side. It took the wind out of me. As my boyfriend had to pick me up. Got to the office and told them the elevator did not work and as I had to walk outside I fell and nothing was sanded. They didn’t even offer me an accident report. As I asked if breakfast was being served the attendant handed me two brown paper bags with a granola bar, small container of juice and a fruit cup. They said they were changing to the Marriot. Good luck with that. My new years was ruined as the pain in my neck and back was awful. I am 67 and have had back surgery. This place doesn’t even deserve one star. Madeline L

This has to be the worst hotel I've ever booked through Hotels.com. The hotel was under complete renovation. The restaurant was not available because it was under construction. Carpeted hallways were dirty, and suspected blood stains in one area. Lobby was in poorly lit back area. Very sketchy. On the plus side, hotel staff was very friendly and hard working. Rooms were kept clean! Renovations should be complete by May / June 2026.

The hotel is in the middle of a renovation. The staff was friendly and polite, but the old rooms a really not worth the rate they are charging. The room was clean, but there are some things that are just not working. If the rate were lower, I would not have had an issue.

The Staff was nice, but seems like all the rooms are handicap accessible which is nice but for me and my boyfriend it wasn’t. Since the sink is all the way down low the toilet is very small and low. This wasn’t comfortable for a 6ft guy. The room it self is just outdated wasn’t bad. But the doors all had cracks and in need of replacing asap!

This is the first negative review I have ever written, but this place was so terrible I feel obligated to warn others. The hotel is extremely unsanitary, unsafe, and completely misrepresented. It is directly across from a strip club, and during my short stay there was open prostitution happening in the building. Women were walking the hallways in bras and underwear, and the environment was chaotic and threatening. There was no staff at the front desk, the room phone did not work, and when I requested to leave through Expedia only six hours after checking in, hotel staff began aggressively banging on my door while I was still on hold with Expedia. Strangely, they immediately answered Expedia’s call — but ignored me when I rang the front desk bell. The noise was unbearable: people screaming, running up and down the hallways, and pounding on doors. The upkeep of the property is deplorable. This hotel is absolutely not for families, not for anyone concerned with safety, and not for anyone who expects even the most basic level of cleanliness or professionalism. I refused to spend the night and left immediately. I would never stay here again and strongly recommend avoiding this hotel at all costs.

Good: The lobby was decent, the gentleman working the desk was very nice, decent price, and the room was clean. Good location. Bad: The building and specifically our room stunk like cigarette smoke, I still smell it in my nose hours later. The smoke detector was removed from the ceiling. The dungeon downstairs with pool, hot tub, and gym were horrendous!! Doors removed from bathrooms, caution tape across the hot tub which I can’t describe, and I wouldn’t want to touch a thing in the gym of maybe three pieces of equipment. Scary clients hanging out outside. Couldn’t wait to leave, glad only one night stop over.

Upon arrival there were no more double beds available. Majority of the hotel under construction. People smoking right out side the automatic doors. Lobby smelled like smoke. Room was just ok. Very outdated. Cigarette burn hole in the mattress pad (visible through the sheets) even though it’s a non smoking room!

The hotel was being renovated at the time of our stay, and the room that my husband and I stayed in smelled very moldy/ musty! They offered us a continental breakfast in the morning that was lacking a lot of variety!! Will never stay there again!!

What a Stay

So many unsavory people living there place smells moldy and gross. We could smell weed coming from rooms too late to find something else for just a night. Looked outside the window of our room to see at least 50 mattresses and broken furniture as our view. Horrible place don’t waste your time or money

Plumbing was backed up and the room smelled like sewer. We asked the desk to help 3 separate times. Our last night there it was at a or last night there it was at a point that we couldn’t even stay in the room we asked for at least a different room. They said they didn’t have any rooms that they hadn’t been cleaned from the guest that left, but we would be allowed to have a key to go into one of those dirty rooms and use those facilities because we couldn’t use facilities in our room. We ended up checking out at like 10 11 o’clock at night and going to another room another hotel rather
