I have stayed here multiple times. Considering the Indonesian standards and the affordable room rates, I find the quality to be very good (though there can be some differences depending on the room). The food quality varies slightly depending on the chef, but overall, it's quite delicious. Additionally, the Wi-Fi is very smooth and reliable.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The staff, embodying the friendly nature typical of Indonesians, were not only welcoming but also very professional. Although the facilities show signs of aging, they are well-maintained, which ensures a comfortable stay. One of the most distinctive features of this hotel is the consistently pleasant fragrance throughout the premises. Additionally, the location is superb, providing easy access to various destinations. Overall, it was a delightful stay, and I would recommend it to others.

Jakarta bloc M stay

Two nights in Jakarta, nice hotel ,plenty of character in the hotel building, but bad smell when you land on 5th floor ,junior suite is a lovely size but again it has a musky smell and wall paper starting to peel away showing signs of damp ,think its time for a upgrade of rooms

I frequently use this hotel. I find the food to be very delicious. Although the breakfast leans a bit towards Indonesian cuisine, I am used to it, so it is not an issue at all. Regarding the facilities, having a refrigerator is good, but it was troublesome that it didn't cool at all. The air conditioning is still too strong, but I am accustomed to it, so I brought room wear and had no problems. The Wi-Fi is sufficient, and there were no issues with online meetings. As for the staff, it depends on the person. The front desk is flexible and good, in my opinion. Considering Indonesian standards, the security seems normal. It is convenient that Papaya and Plaza Blok M are nearby, which makes currency exchange easy.

周囲は日本食レストランが多い。また近くにパパイヤというスーパーがありビールや日常品の買い物に便利。朝、チェックアウトが早かったがホテル側から朝食パックにしましょうか？と言ってくれて良心的でした。また泊まります。

I think the hotel's location is excellent. Papaya is nearby, and Plaza Blok M is within walking distance. It's also convenient for going to Sudirman or Kemang. What concerns me is the significant inconsistency in the quality of the staff. With housekeeping, it wasn't just once or twice that there were insufficient towels, or that drinking water and tissues weren't replenished. The security staff's attitudes also varied, and although things improved considerably after I consciously started tipping them, I was shocked when, upon checking out and getting into my vehicle, my Rimowa suitcase was dropped, breaking a wheel. Moreover, they remained silent about it, which I thought was terrible.

A lot of things have been improved. Now there is a refrigerator in each room. The staff is not disturbing anymore. The air circulation is much better. The bath room is now ok... but still time to time hot water is not enough and the shower room door is sometimes hard to open/close... As for the tv channels, many international channels are deleted...

Good points: hotel itself is an old classic style. The room is relatively larger than that of new hotels with the same class. The location of the hotel is convenient as there are a Japanese supermarket nearby, lots of restaurants, large malls and MRT station. Bad points: The room is old, no air circulation with fan at the bathroom, for example. Air conditioner can not be controllable, either cold or hot only. Refrigerator can not be used.

Complement mineral water is so limited (330ml x 2) that always need to buy additional water. Air circulation seems not working. The fan of the bath room is broken or does not work. Hot water at the bathroom sometimes does not come out. Air conditioning is not adjustable, either hot or cold. There is no refrigerator. Room service is always disturbing, not flexible, like they hit the door when they want to clean room, making me uncomfortable because sometimes I am at the bathroom. Breakfast variation is none, so you have to have almost the same meal everyday, not suitable for long stay. The front desk is not flexible and do not understand my request like I wanted to clean the room while I had breakfast, but after all the front desk did not understand my request so I had to wait while they cleaned the room.

ブロックMエリア内にあるホテルで３泊しましたが、朝食時に日本人は見かけませんでした。バイキングでしたが、パンが６種類、ナシゴレン、ソーセージとグァバジュース、オレンジジュースで私は満足５０メートル歩けば、papaハウス（日本食スーパー）、スターバックス２００メートル歩けば、ファミリーマート３００メートル歩けば、プラザM（両替する所）４００メートル歩けば、コクオ（マッサージ店）があり、買い物など便利な立地でした。泊った部屋は風呂なしだったので、そこだけがマイナスポイント（４０００円から５０００円で泊まれるので風呂なしでもしょうがないかな）次回も利用しますよ。

部屋はまあまあ。ただ部屋のファシリティーは使っても追加されなかった。

日本のお祭りがあり２泊した。部屋はそこそこ清掃されており良かったのですがスタンダードで禁煙の部屋があるともっと良かったです。クーラーは効きすぎているのに夜はシャワーのお湯がぬるく（朝は結構熱い）体が温まらずちょっとスイッチを切っても寒かったです。据付の珈琲（無料）は飲んだら２日目は追加されませんでした。シャンプーとボディーソープも２日目に新しいのは追加されなかったので気を付けないいけません。

立地が便利です

空港から直通のバスがあるブロックM地区にあります。バス乗り場からも近いです。ベッドは良いですが設備のいくつかはやや物足りない部分があります。ただ値段にみあったものだと思います。日本人向け繁華街近いのも人によってはポイントが高いと思います
