Great location! Don't count on taking a hot shower. When property staff was advised of the lack of hot water I was advised "wait awhile". I already waited an hour!

When we arrived at 7pm there was no hot water. When we called to see if we could move to another room or someone could help, they said no one could help, but we were welcome to drive to the other hotel (in the rain and less than 40 degree weather) to take a shower at their gym. When I explained it was unreasonable to expect us to pay for 2nights at a place that had no hot water, they said the manager would get back with us the next day. They never got back with us, never fixed it, never offered refund. Incredibly disappointed with whole stay.

Clean motel-like room. Two comfortable double beds. However, If a cold shower and a nonstop dripping bathroom faucet are your thing, this is the place for you! Great location in the heart of Blowing Rock.

Queen room is small Bathroom sink area is very small Screen door was nice to have but it is loud opening and closing—hinges need lubricant—tried to leave the room without waking my wife. Flower beds needed weeding Yard man came at 5:00 to cut grass while we were in the gazebo. Had to listen to the lawnmower while we were trying to relax. He threw grass clippings toward the gazebo Dust drifted on us. He didn’t blow the clippings off sidewalks. Then we had to listen to the weed eater. No lighting on the walkway or steps going to the gazebo. No instructions to light the fire pit and no one was available to ask. I have one so I lit it. No over head lights on the gazebo. The coffee maker was not the cleanest Had to jerk the refrigerator door to open No ice maker anywhere—ice was provided in small bags piled in a deep freezer. Limit one bag a day. Sorry to be so negative Positive—linens were clean Staff that we saw (just when we checked in and those cleaning rooms were friendly Location is the # 1 positive—can walk down town which is beautiful, great restaurants ( Social on Main is the best for breakfast and lunch—great staff and food —very reasonably priced). The flower beds around town hall are immaculate. Great play ground in the park.

The cabin was clean and roomy. There was a coffiee maker with 4 pods, but no coffee cups. There were 4 small clear plastic drinking cups. No water, 2 bolltles of water in the fridg would have been wonderful. The hot water was not hot, luke warm at best. The toilet made a really loud noise and the bath fan was very loud. The instructions to operate the living room TV did not work. Options were not there to select. The location is back behind the lodge, so it was not too senic. A bit of a disappointment.

A quaint calm place close to downtown Blowing Rock. You can walk to everything in Blowing Rock. We rented a bigger suite which was comfortable and spacious. We highly recommend.👍

Needs updating. Ceiling fan rattling and getting ready to take off, dirty old carpet and broken bathroom fan. No extra toilet paper when we ran out. Move us to azalea inn across the street because of paving parking lot at blowing rock inn so this pertains to the azalea inn room.

This is the most amazing spot in Blowing Rock to stay the night. It is so charming with a little front porch to relax on and look at the trees changing colors and the topography rising across the street. The gardens are meticulous as are all of the window boxes with flowers. The room is quaint, comfortable, and has all the amenities. The light in the room from the windows is so beautiful. The bathroom is brand new and absolutely large. Every little part of the room and bathroom is unique, not like a "big box" hotel. The staff was so friendly and polite. The marked parking with room number was perfect. I felt very safe and slept very deeply in the beds, comfortably tucked away from any noise but close enough to walk to town.

Location is great to downtown Blowing Rock! The room had two window air units and were very loud, even on the lowest setting. Only lukewarm water for showers. If you flushed the toilet, it got a little warmer. Had to have matienience
