I would say I enjoyed my stay and it was a pleasant experience with daily housekeeping and super friendly customer service. I would definitely stay at this motel again

Poor hospitality filthy venue.

I booked a family room for 3 men who were in town to work on the Ironman, on a very busy weekend for the town. The manager cancelled this booking without informing or contacting me. When my workers arrived they were informed the booking had been cancelled (it was later admitted by Management) and the room booked by another customer. The manager said they had a room available with 1 double and a 1single. Fortunately I was able to arrange other accom for the 3rd worker so work took what was available. The room smelt very badly and was extremely dirty. Sleeping on top of the covers and with a party raging in the next couple of rooms, sleep was impossible for both. I would not recommend this hotel or the manager to accomodate my Golden Retrievers.

Walking distance to Kardinia pool and local hotel. No towels provided. Unfortunately night was ruined by extremely noisy occupants who carried on with a very public domestic dispute between 2 and 5 am.

Perfect accommodation for a reasonable price within walking distance to the stadium. We had a very comfortable stay and the owner was really friendly and kind. Room had everything we needed.

I was there for 3 nights, zero housekeeping done in this time.Old blanket on the bed, dirty and burn holes. The place is at least 20yrs out of date. I’m 70yrs old and cannot remember staying in a worse place. I would not stay there again for free. I still cannot believe the sheets and towels were never changed.
