Castaways does not deserve its 5 stars. It feels more like a standard motel with large rooms and a nice view. The rooms were worn out, the TV lifting system which avoided the TV from blocking the view was broken, both toilets were loose from the floor, one lamp was broken, the windows were very dirty hiding the view that the TV didn’t spoil. The staff in the resection did not show any interest in providing service and just asked us to check with Chat GPT when we asked about some lokal recommendations. The breakfast was also disappointing and had instant powder coffee!
