The hotel is the oldest in the Rio Quente complex But the best located for access to the natural pools. Staff is extremely friendly and food at the Casa de Cora main restaurant is very good and with a wealth of choices. A must visit place. The hotel has respected the surrounding nature of the area.

It could’ve been so much better,

We had a wonderful time at this resort until it came time to check out. We were double charged for multiple items that were billed to the room and also the valet that parked the car put a dent in the door and somehow the car was out of gas, even though we gave it to the valet with a half a tank, almost as if someone was out joy riding in my car. The manager was no help with this and I am contemplating legal action. Most of the staff and the facility were amazing but it only takes one bad experience to ruin your stay.

We fly to GYN airport and it is over 2 hours (paid expensive transfer) to the hotel Pousada. My mother felt at one of the parks and got no assistance by park personnel, including life guards. I made an official complaint and no one called me to see what happened. Then, my daughter had a stomach intoxication and went to ambulatory. We noticed other kids and elderly people with similar problems. Again, no follow up to see if she was better. Few days after, we all got stomach bugs. Front desk personal were very young and not well trained. The food didn’t not match the high price of this resort. I am deeply disappointed and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Fomos penalizados por ter feito a reserva pela plataforma da hortelã e nos colocaram no mais antigo e último anexo ao fundo do hotel, não foi oferecido carrinho pra levar as malas, não havia sinalização, uma demora terrível pra achar o bloco e ficamos totalmente perdidos e perdendo mais de 1 hora .. o quarto extremamente desgastando e com sinal de falta de manutenção por todo lado .. o caminho pra chegar no quarto estava cheio de entulhos e equipes de obra, poeira e bagunça ... Jamais voltaremos a esse lugar pelo tamanho da falta de respeito e falta de mínimo atendimento

O hotel pousada precisa melhorar muito o atendimento no check-in super demorado e check-out também funcionários vê você esperando e nao disconfiam que a gente está esperando, também nos ap muito barulho de todas as formas e na limpeza não fazem reposição de sabonetes nem colocam touca de banho retiram a toalha piso e não colocam outra ,até papel higiênico tive que pedir porque a camareira não repois ...também área de piscinas lotadas e gente demais, precos exorbitantes de bebidas...ou seja infelizmente a pousada do Rio Quente perdeu toda a quantidade mais os preços praticados não melhora nunca!😒👀

Nos colocaram em um quarto de categoria inferior

Fiz a reserva de um apartamento, para 4 hóspedes, no Hotel Pousada, onde a descrição dizia: 2 quartos conectados por uma porta. Chegamos um pouco antes do horário de check-in, fomos atendidos muito bem, pelo recepcionista, que nos informou que, mesmo estando antes do horário, vamos liberar o acesso ao quarto, pois já está pronto. Só que, o quarto não era no Hotel Pousada e fomos colocados no Vacation Villa em um quarto com 3 camas (1 de casal e 2 de solteiro). Não foi o que estava na descrição do apto escolhido. Não quis voltar até a recepção pra reclamar, já que estava com 2 pessoas idosas, inclusive meu pai, que fez 84 anos e fomos para comemorar seu aniversário.

Péssima experiência - obras na porta do quarto

Chegamos domingo,n10/08, nos deram o quarto 352, estava tudo ok. Na segunda, 11/08, começaram obras no corredor do elevador no nosso andar (3º). Nesse dia, as obras estavam no corredor do elevador, tínhamos que descer dois lances de rampa e pegá-lo no 2º andar, estavam tirando o piso, após o almoço foi impossível descansar por causa do barulho, nosso quarto era de frente para o corredor. Porém, na terça começaram a tirar o piso na frente do nosso quarto, quando usavam a máquina, tremia todo o quarto. Tivemos que ficar fora do quarto o dia inteiro, hora que voltamos, o piso dentro do quarto estava cheio de poeira. Nesse corredor das obras ficam os carrinhos de limpeza das camareiras do andar, portanto, o serviço delas tbm ficou comprometido. Logo na segunda, arrumaram o quarto e deixaram sem toalhas de banho e sem tapete de banheiro. Ficamos o dia todo fora e ao chegar no quarto, molhados, tivemos que ligar atrás de toalha e esperar por mais de 30 min. No dia seguinte não colocaram papel higiênico. Entendo a necessidade de obras para melhorias, porém meu quarto estava na reta do corredor, tiraram o piso da frente da nossa porta, muito barulho e poeira, pedreiros falando e fumando o tempo todo. Em momento algum perguntaram se queriamos mudar de quarto. Não é isso que se espera quando paga R$ 6.000,00 em 4 diárias. O lugar é fantástico, tínhamos ido em agosto e dezembro do ano passado, mas dessa vez a experiência foi horrível.

Amamos conhecer o Rio quente e o Hot Park. Esse é o hotel do complexo com mais fácil acesso ao Park, as fontes e piscinas naturais. Excelente organização, variedade de restaurantes, bares, café da manhã e almoço bem variado. Atendimento excelente, funcionários muito educados e solicitos.

Hotel Pousada tem muito que melhorar

2º vez que vamos para o Rio Quente Resort, no hotel pousada. Ficamos no apartamento 225, quarto é bem grande e confortável, porém muitas coisas não funcionavam bem, principalmente o banheiro, tampa do vaso quebrada, torneiras dos banheiros mal reguladas, chuveiro fraco, velho e faltava água toda hora. Cama eu achei muito velha, colchão muito usado. Portal mal regulado, não fechava o trinco da porta. Enfim, por ser a pousada mais antiga do complexo, as coisas são bem antigas, venhas. Falta muita manutenção para deixar de acordo. Café da manhã e o almoço impecáveis, muitas opções e uma variedades de alimentos e bebidas, tudo incluído na hospedagem. Parque das fontes bom como sempre, tudo lindo e perfeito. Hot Park estava melhor ainda, todas as partes impecáveis, muito bem cuidado. Não achei legal em alguns tobogãs não liberar a descida por excesso de peso, tipo, o mais radical limite era 100kg e eu tenho 101kg, não fui liberado para descer. Achei os valores extremamente altos na questão dos passeios, esportes e alimentação, super, hiper, mega faturados, cobram taxas por fora ainda que no check out eu retirei da conta.
