Place is really clean and conveniently located, the restaurant downstairs offers breakfast buffet, and it's great!!! Rooms are ok, a bit outdated, but it's good after all sughtseeing to be done, you're only using it to sleep and clean up.

First night they gave me a small room with single full size bed. Which I booked for a double queen bed room. I talked to the receptionist which who was rude and did not want to accommodate me to what I originally booked for. I also complain how the bed was broken and the room on top of it smelled. She just told me I had to deal with it until the next morning. The next morning they switch my room after speaking to management. The room was a little better. Regardless it was too noisy, not heating or cooling, no safe box, floors werent moped full of stains, the towels were old, and no remote to tv unless you asked at the reception and they didnt work or had any. Hotel has no control over their rooms availability. They are knocking on the doors in the mornings to see if the rooms are occupied. I wont be returning to this hotel or recommend this hotel or be booking with expedia again. My week of vacation was a nightmare since day one at this hotel.

Excelente trato, atención, tienen servicio de taxi seguro, me resguardaron mis cosas sin costo mientras me daban mi habitación por lo que pude aprovechar la mañana y a la salida para poder aprovechar la tarde sin cargar mis maletas me las volvieron a resguardar aunque ya había entregado la habitacion
