This was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had - the room was spectacular. Bed was like a cloud - dressed in wonderful linen and fantastic pillows. A lovely property with a spacious room, comfy bed and a big bathroom. Its right across the street from Ballerat train stn and it was easy to walk everywhere. Amazing hotel with the best customer service ever! We were here for a wedding weekend and they helped us with early check ins and late check outs plus cutlery/plates for the bridal suite. Fantastic French restaurant downstairs. Just bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper due to nearby train tracks. Would stay here again
