This is the only hotel in Barbourville, so it is most of all convenient. The staff is very nice and helpful, and the rooms are clean. It is on a busy highway, so there is some traffic noise in the early morning particularly.

Best option for the area

This hotel was on the way home from Bristol, TN Motorspeedway. Not many options available. Staff very friendly. Hotel is not run down, but not modern.

It was clean , but I was confused at first because it was the Best Western and I wasn’t sure that I booked the right hotel. I found out when I arrived. I was there for a family member’s funeral service. I was disappointed that I could have gotten a discount calling the hotel directly. Could not use Aaron either because booked through Expedia online.
