As a seasoned traveller, I have never experienced such bad service from management. A complete lack of communication, examples..breakfast times were changed and not advised on check-in. We were blamed for not advising them what time we would arrive for breakfast, regardless of set breakfast times. I can't rate the breakfast, not worth the additional cost, many local cafes offering a great breakfast.
Not advised on parking rebates, as a result we paid the full price, management stated we should have asked them, we did but it had to be before we parked at the hotel
We have always received information at check-in.
The rooms were clean, you get what you pay for.
The most disappointing part was management behaviour, there was zero accountability. Unfortunately we weren't the only guests to receive this treatment.
