Overall the hotel was fine. When checking in, I asked if there was an ice machine on my floor. The clerk said, it was broken but there are ice machines on the floor above and below you. You can take the elevator. I told her we wanted a room on a floor with a working ice machine. The clerk made a snarky comment about me not asking for that before she issued my room. I apologized and told her I wasn't aware I had to ask for a room on a floor with a working ice machine. We were then placed in a room with all of the lights not working. All of the lamps worked but none of the lights. We did not want to complain again or move to a new room, so we stayed in the dark room. There was no coffee or tea in our room as well.
